Bon Appetit magazine readers have all tried his recipes. It only seemed natural for him to release his own book. There's been many Mexican cookbooks, but never one this down-to-earth and practical. In fact, we don't know what makes our mouths water more, the Shrimp and Vegetable Skewers or the Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Pipian.
